Step 2: Plan and Procure
As a team, we have determined and come to an agreement on the most efficient solution that will deliver improvements throughout your entire operation - Now it's time to set the plan in motion. Based on your specific product metrics and proposed system configurations, a machine is procured and an installation date is anticipated.
We have close, professional relationships with our vendors. Whether your equipment is new, used or custom, we frequently check-in to confirm the project is executed well and staying on track to be delivered on time. Updates will be communicated throughout this process.
Step 3: Integrate and Test
Issues that arise when equipment is built and operated or integrated for the first time can be a huge headache. That's what Factory Acceptance Tests, or FATs, are for, which are conducted at the manufacturer's site or at times in our facility. While running your actual product, FATs help identify any issues and correct them prior to delivery and installation.
We will assess a variety of inspection points, all unique contractual specifications and anything per request. The more valuable input received will help facilitate a fast-track start up. This step will save time and money over fixing issues in the field as well as provide a peace of mind that all components are functioning as they should.
Step 4: Install and Implement
After months of research, reviewing multiple proposals, deciding on a supplier and pursuing the equipment that best suits your goals, it is now time to install the newest addition to your operation. Even after outlining all the pre-installation details, installing a machine, whether it's into an existing or a completely new production line, can present unforeseen challenges.
Your Ambrose project manager and certified technicians will tackle this progression every step of the way. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible while obeying safety protocol. Following start up, we will test your product and perform the procedures until you are completely satisfied.
Step 5: Educate and Optimize
Expect a post-installation follow-up visit with your Ambrose project manager and technicians. We will remain as a dedicated resource for you and your employees. We are here to help shorten the learning curve and make certain materials and resources are being optimized from the point of installation.
We offer equipment training for all floor technicians and maintenance personnel, as well as continued training for the next generation of workers. It is extremely important that users know how to operate the equipment safely and maintain it correctly. A little knowledge can go a long way in the success of reducing downtime and boosting production.
