Applications
Finish strong, every shift
Case erecting, packing, sealing, conveying, accumulation, palletizing, and wrapping—each system selected and sized to match your product, production rates, and available floor space.
Knock down flat corrugated cases are automatically pulled from a magazine, opened into shape, and their bottom major and minor flaps are folded and sealed—typically with tape or glue—creating a ready-to-pack case.
Once erected, the open-top case advances to a packing station where products are loaded—either manually or through automated case packing. This step can be handled by a traditional drop packer or a robotic pick-and-pack system, depending on product type, rates, and available footprint. Automated case packing increases consistency, reduces labor, and supports higher throughput with fewer bottlenecks.
After packing, the top major and minor flaps are automatically folded and sealed—again using tape or glue—by the case sealer, ensuring the case is secure and ready for labeling, palletizing, or shipping.
Zero-pressure roller, modular belt, zoned, and mass-flow conveyors efficiently manage products, ensuring smooth transitions, proper accumulation, and consistent line rates.
Stacks cases into stable pallets for automated warehousing and damage-free shipping.
High-speed vertical or horizontal strappers automatically feed, tension, and heat-seal polypropylene or PET bands around sealed cases or palletized loads. Programmable strap heads apply edge protectors, pull to precise tension, and trim excess—all in one pass—to lock cartons tight, prevent load shift, and meet tough export or warehouse-automation specs.
Automated hooders accommodate mixed-load heights by stretching a gusseted film tube over the pallet, then releasing it to snap tight—securing five sides of the load in a single cycle.
Rotary or turntable wrapper applies stretch film to stabilize loads and guard against dust.

Benefits
Keep product moving
Flexible end-of-line systems reduce bottlenecks and accelerate packaging processes—ensuring finished goods move quickly, safely, and efficiently from production to the dock.

Labor savings
Automating end-of-line handling procedures reduces manual labor, increases consistency, and streamlines end-of-line operations for greater efficiency and throughput.
Rapid changeovers
Tool-less adjustments and recipe recall enable fast, repeatable changeovers—switching SKUs in minutes to keep production moving.
Scalable layouts
Flexible layouts designed to grow with your operation—end-of-line systems that scale as production demands evolve. Maximize space today without limiting tomorrow.

Project
High-speed sanitizing line scales capacity in months
Facing a surge in demand and labor shortages, a jan-san chemical manufacturer needed a high-speed, low-touch filling and palletizing solution—fast. We delivered a two-phase system blending new and pre-owned equipment, launching a high-speed liquid line in 7 months and full robotic palletizing in 11. The result: streamlined throughput, minimal staffing, and a strong ROI on an accelerated timeline.
