Palletizing & Depalletizing

From beverage cases to 50-kg fertilizer bags, we design palletizing systems tailored to your product, available footprint, and throughput requirements. Whether handling uniform or mixed loads, our robotic and conventional solutions—including vision-guided depalletizers—reduce manual handling and keep your operation running efficiently.

Applications

High-speed handling, precision placement

Robotic or conventional systems tailored to your production needs.

Conventional Palletizers

Floor-level, high-level, and inline palletizers use coordinated mechanical components and dynamic layer-forming techniques to achieve rates of 30–120 cases per minute on dedicated lines. While they offer less flexibility than robotic systems, conventional palletizers provide highly stable, consistently tight loads—ideal for high-throughput applications with uniform product types.

Best For: Food and beverage, feed and seed, or any high-volume, low-variance production environment with consistent product SKUs.

Typical rate: 10-40 bags/min or up to 200 cases/min depending on case size and patterns.

Robotic Depalletizing Cells

Vision-guided robots de-stack uniform or mixed-load pallets by detecting product positions in real time and feeding directly to downstream singulation conveyors. Advanced 3D cameras and AI-driven path planning adapt to skewed loads, voids, and tier sheets—automating tasks traditionally prone to error and downtime.

Best for: Mixing and blending applications - see our IntelliBreak system, destacking tiers of bottles or containers for liquid filling, raw material receiving, or handling heavy or cumbersome loads in manufacturing environments.

Typical rate: 5-7 layers a minute.

Robotic Palletizers

High-speed articulated robots stack cases, bags, or pails at a high rate of speed while fitting into footprints a conventional palletizer would otherwise not be accommodating.

Best for: beverage flats, pet-food bags, dairy crates, consumer goods.

Typical rate: 5–50 kg payloads at 7-30+ cases/bags a minute

Benefits

Let automation do the heavy lifting

Palletizing and depalletizing systems reduce operator strain, optimize floor space, and standardize load quality—even in demanding environments. By automating these labor-intensive tasks, you improve safety, boost throughput, and create a more efficient, dependable end-of-line operation.

Footprint efficiency

Maximize your floor space—compact palletizer designs fit tight layouts without sacrificing speed, making automation possible even in space-constrained environments.

Lift less, ship more

IIn addition to optimizing end-of-line efficiency, automated palletizing protects your workforce by reducing manual lifting, repetitive motion, and the risk of injury.

Scalable designs

Plan for today—scale for tomorrow. Our expertly engineered palletizing systems feature flexible designs that make it easy to expand capacity, add SKUs, or reconfigure as your operation grows.

Project

Robotic palletizing supercharges personal care line

A contract manufacturer needed to eliminate the ergonomic risks of manually palletizing 40 lb cases every 8 seconds—without slowing their line. We delivered a high-speed robotic palletizing cell with smart safety zones and vision-based case rejection, reducing strain on workers, improving stack accuracy, and boosting productivity—all in just 14 weeks from design to installation.
