Our client required not only a larger space to accommodate increased production, but also the integration of advanced technology and a solution aligned with updated industry standards. This ensured the facility could scale effectively while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and long-term operational flexibility.
The existing facility did not have the required 4,200 sq. ft. readily available, which necessitated strategic demolition of select areas to free up space. This preparatory phase was critical and carefully planned to minimize disruption to ongoing operations while making way for the new room assembly.
From initial order to a fully equipped, operational lab, the project was completed in just five months—a streamlined timeline made possible through modular construction, strategic planning, and coordinated execution.
IMPACT
Key results at a glance
4,200 sq ft gained
Selective demo unlocked a full cleanroom without widening the footprint.
ISO-7 compliant
Cleanroom meets strict particle specs—audit-ready on Day 1.
Zero downtime
Production never paused—modular build kept lines running.

Approach
Flexible, fast, cleanroom execution
We minimized disruptions to day-to-day operations by choosing the fastest, most cost-effective building method available: modular construction. By fabricating wall panels and structural elements off-site, we avoided the delays and interference typical of stick-built methods. This approach significantly reduced on-site downtime, noise, debris, and safety risks—while accelerating the overall project timeline and ensuring a smoother installation process.
